Deja Vu

Well it’s all being happening. Or alternatively,  very little. We had managed a few walks around Woodbridge, culminating in coffee and cake in Notcutts, which we had used as the start point for the walks. We also visited Aldeburgh on a couple of occasions, which was busy but still pleasant and we consistently finished with a visit to the excellent coffee shop and bakery Two Magpies ( I sense a theme developing). But then the third lockdown kicked in, no Christmas trip to the North East, a new Covid strain and everything pretty much back to the ‘new normal’ again. Quite tough after ten months or so, but the alternative is probably worse. Wasn’t even going to mention the Blades who, after a first season back in the Premier League in which they definitely over achieved, are now enduring the worst possible start to 2020/2021. So I’ll finish by suggesting that Chris Wilder should stay until or unless he decides to move on (he has earned and deserved that privilege) and we at least won the third round FA Cup game yesterday 🙂

  1. Both Mrs. No Name and I have now both had the initial Covid vaccination. And we had different versions (AstraZeneca and Pfizer). So, for a government who has faced a barrage of criticism (some justified, most not), a thumbs up for the vaccination rollout operation!!
