Welcome to ‘Musings’…

Just a vehicle for the odd ramble or two, the most recent first (OK, apart from this introduction). Well, it keeps me out of trouble. It’s also a useful way to remember what we actually did last week, year or decade – an antidote to the senior moments! So, occasional entries may or may not be posted here on anything from holidays, sport, music, theatre, cinema or……..

The reintroduction of the three-toed sloth into the Suffolk wilderness. The latter is now less likely following the devastating news that my assertion that the sloth was initially native to Suffolk has in fact been proven to be somewhat flawed, coupled with the knowledge that Suffolk doesn’t, in essence, have any wilderness. I put what some have harshly suggested was a “significant error” down to a slight tendency to short sightedness and the remarkable but frequently overlooked similarities between the sloth and the common English hare – almost identical apart from the large ears, bobtail, completely different markings and general speed and natural habitat of the hare.

Clearly, with Facebook and Twitter in full swing, this blog is indeed a leap into the 20th century. But we’ll give it a go anyway and see if the youngsters catch on….

And you never know, we may even see a few postings from Mrs. No Name, although she really doesn’t approve of this sort of thing.  🙂
